Aaron Grossman founded Alliance Solutions Group in 2001 and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, ASG has grown to support nine specialized staffing and recruitment brands across a variety of industries. The company has been honored with several regional and national awards based on years of steady growth and market leadership. A successful entrepreneur, Aaron also has worked to strengthen the business community in Northeast Ohio and around the country. In 2013 he served as President of the Cleveland chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization and moved into the role of Area Director in 2014. Aaron also sits on the Middle-Market Committee for the Greater Cleveland Partnership, which is Northeast Ohio’s leading economic development organization.In addition to his company-based achievements, Aaron has been individually recognized as a runner-up for the 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In 2013, he was named HR Partner of the Year by the Society of Human Resources Management for his consultative approach in partnering with companies to deliver customized human capital solutions. Aaron began his career in 1998 at Robert Half International and within 18 months became the highest-billing producer in a six-state region. After being promoted to Manager, Aaron led his team to become the third-fastest growing Robert Half division among 600+ locations worldwide.Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University of Ohio, where he was also a varsity wrestler. In order to provide others with the benefits he realized from his wrestling background, Aaron founded the Wrestlers in Business Network and currently serves as its President and Chairman of the Board. Aaron resides in Aurora with his wife, Giana, and their five children.

Matthew G. Lyon, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and a shareholder of Alliance Solutions Group since 2004. He leads all financial operations for Alliance and also supports legal and human resources matters. Matt was a finalist in Crain’s 2012 CFO of the Year Award in recognition of his accomplishments at ASG. From 1992 to 2003, Matt held several key positions at Technical Consumer Products, Inc., including Director, VP of Finance and Operations, Treasurer and shareholder. In 2002 he was a major contributor to the owner of the company being named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Manager at the accounting firms KPMG Peat Marwick (Cleveland) from 1990 to 1992 and Grant Thornton (Cincinnati) from 1982 to 1992. Matt holds a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the University of Notre Dame Alumni Association.

Rob Sable is the Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Alliance Solutions Group. He delivers technology and marketing services to the nine specialized staffing and recruitment companies that make up Alliance Solutions Group. He partners with those companies to integrate technology across all aspects of the organization in order to maximize efficiencies, streamline operations and improve customer service. Rob was named the 2014 Crain’s CIO of the Year in recognition of his efforts. Prior to joining Alliance Solutions Group, Rob led both the product development and client services development departments within the retail division of Micros Systems, building and implementing a suite of enterprise systems for global retailers. He also has extensive consulting experience with a focus on enterprise integration, custom application development and business process automation. Rob holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The George Washington University. Rob resides in Copley with his wife, Joci, and their four children.

Kevin Knaack, Chief Culture Officer, develops and shapes a culture of innovation, accountability and competitiveness at Alliance Solutions Group. In addition, Kevin provides talent acquisition, training and development, and performance management direction to the nine specialized staffing and recruitment companies that make up Alliance Solutions Group. He partners with employees to unlock their professional potential and develop new strategies and solutions that best support the businesses’ needs, which includes evaluating and responding to clients’ ever-changing workforce challenges, as well as maximizing marketplace opportunities. Kevin has also co-developed and implemented multiple employee recognition and reward programs based on both qualitative and quantitative measurements, including self and peer reporting. Prior to joining Alliance, Kevin served for seven years as the Recruiting Manager at Things Remembered. In this role he developed and integrated efficient recruiting strategies to attract high quality, experienced employees for the company’s 600+ stores. Prior to that, Kevin was a Human Resources leader at Cole National Corporation, where he was responsible for key hiring decisions, streamlining and managing the temporary worker processes, coaching employees on career-related moves and resolving employee issues. During his tenure with Cole, he also provided behavioral interview training. Kevin is an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University, and early in his career served as a teacher in the Chardon Public School District. Kevin resides in Chardon with his wife Connie and their children.
