Access Alliance
Q: What if I forgot my Access Alliance username or password?
A: Use your email address to sign in.  Contact your recruiter if you do not know your username information.  If you forgot your password go to the Access Alliance Sign In page and click the “Help! I forgot my password.” link.

Temporary Assignments
Q: How long does an assignment last?
A: Temporary assignments may range in from one day to six months or longer.
Q: What should I do if my assignment is ending?
A: You should be in contact with your recruiter throughout your assignment. Be sure to communicate your future needs so your recruiter can consider you for new assignments.
Q: Am I required to give advance notice if I need to end my assignment early?
A: Yes. Alliance requires a 1 week notice (5 business days) to terminate an assignment early. Contact your recruiter at Alliance to provide such termination notice.
Q: Can I work overtime hours?
A: You may work overtime only if approved by your direct manager.

Q: What should I do if I am injured on the job?
A: Immediately seek medical or other assistance as needed. As an Alliance employee you are covered by our Workers’ Compensation insurance. Contact your Alliance recruiter as soon as possible so we can assist.
